How do you calculate volumetric weight for shipments?
The formula is Length(cm) x Width(cm) x Height(cm) / 6000. For Global Express services, the divisor is 5000. We charge based on whichever is greater: actual weight or volumetric weight.
Do I need to provide documents for customs clearance with DDP service?
No, under DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) service, we handle all customs clearance under our name and deliver the goods directly to your final destination without requiring additional paperwork from you.
Can I get an MRN if I use the DDP service for UK e-commerce?
No, DDP does not provide an individual MRN. If you require an MRN for VAT/tax compliance or spot checks, please choose our DAP (Delivered At Place) service.
